How do I activate my subscription?
You can set your subscription to activate any time between January 1, 2022 and March 31, 2022 by selecting your start date when you purchase your subscription. Once your subscription is active, you can see one show per month on any weekday or select weekend dates.
Can I set the number of tickets I want in my subscription?
Currently, subscriptions are available for 1 or 2 tickets per month, but subscribers can add more tickets to any spin at their reduced subscriber rates!
What are no-fee dates?
No-fee dates are exactly what they sound like! They are dates when spins are offered (exclusively to subscribers) free from service fees. There are a minimum of 4 no-fee dates available to subscribers each month, but sometimes there may be more! Subscribers can also add tickets to orders on these dates at their reduced subscriber rates and without service fees.
How much does it cost to subscribe?
Broadway Roulette subscription is offered from $47/ month and total varies based on the subscription length and number of tickets.
Can I pay on a monthly basis?
At this time, subscriptions can only be booked with a one-time payment, but we are working to add monthly payment processing in the future.
Can I gift a subscription to someone else?
Absolutely! Simply indicate that this is a gift and you will be prompted to fill in the relevant information. You can set the email notification to send on any date as well, so you can book a subscription now and notify the recipient at the perfect time!
Can I book a subscription for Premium or Family spins?
At this time, subscriptions are only offered for standard spins; however, subscribers can upgrade any spin to Premium or Family by paying the difference.
What if I want to go twice in one month?
No problem! Subscribers can book additional spins at their reduced subscriber rates at any time. Simply log in and place an order as you would normally to add more shows to your calendar.
What if I forget to book?
Subscribers receive 1 or 2 standard ticket/s per month, but unused tickets cannot be rolled over to future months.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Once ordered, subscriptions cannot be modified or cancelled. At present, subscriptions do not automatically renew.
WHEN DO I NEED TO I BOOK MY TICKETS?
You'll be able to redeem your included ticket(s) as soon as each month starts, and you'll have the whole month to book -- you don't need to choose all of your dates up front!
