Broadway Roulette is taking a break as we explore new opportunities and ways to improve our service. This decision reflects our commitment to delivering the best possible experience to our spin fam (that’s you).
Our mission has always been to make live theatre fun, easy, and accessible. We’re partnering with the TodayTix team to develop new strategies and programs that enhance how theatre lovers discover and enjoy shows.
If you have an upcoming order, don’t worry—your tickets are secured, and your plans will go on as scheduled. Our team is here to answer any questions you may have.
Yes! If you have unused credits or gift cards, you can place orders for available dates. Otherwise, you’ll be able to use your credit upon our return.
During our time away, our website, Broadway Roulette, will be unavailable. However, we encourage you to continue supporting live theatre through TodayTix, where you can still find tickets to amazing Broadway shows, and earn rewards like TixCash & Seat Upgrades.
Absolutely! Stay tuned for more information in Spring 2025, when we’ll share updates about our return and what’s next for Broadway Roulette.
For questions or support, please contact us at help@broadwayroulette.com. We’re here to help with anything you need.
You can purchase tickets for the next 30 days (give or a take a few days).
You will receive your spin results via a text from us on the morning of your spin! Your e-tickets (or other relevant pickup instructions) will then be emailed to you shortly after.
NOTE: If you have booked a same-day order, you will receive your ticket details by 2:00pm ET.
Yes! Broadway ticket prices and discounts are often difficult to decode. Here is some info about how it all works:
REGULAR PRICE: The regular price of a ticket is the price you pay for a specific ticket if you purchase it directly from a show without any special discounts. This price can change from one day to the next – especially from weekdays to weekends.
STANDARD FEES: This regular price of a ticket does not include additional fees, which average $12.50-$15/ ticket when purchased online or over apps. Our standard fee is $9/ ticket.
BOX OFFICE PRICE BOARDS: The glowing boards at the box offices can lump several sections of seats together and/ or feature “future prices” – helping to showcase the lowest possible prices ever available, which are not necessarily the prices for the specific performance you are attending.
PRICE ON TICKET: The price printed on any ticket reflects the dollar amount the theatre received for the ticket. (Comped tickets say $0.00) For a Broadway Roulette ticket, this is most often a negotiated rate and not the regular price for that ticket.
If you have any other questions, feel free to shoot us a note!
All shows playing on Broadway are in play at Broadway Roulette! The list of shows displayed on the Buy Tickets page reflects the shows that will be running on your selected show date. Please note, however, shows do occasionally announce openings or closings suddenly. For any issues, please send us an email.
Nope! That’s the “roulette” part of Broadway Roulette! However, you can set preferences for the type of show you’d like and you can eliminate up to 5 shows that you’ve already seen (or don’t want to see) from each spin. We also offer a family-friendly roulette that only includes shows appropriate for kids age 10+.
If you have your heart set on a specific show, we recommend using TodayTix to purchase tickets directly to that show.
Nope! As long as you log in each time using your email address (so we know it’s you), we will never send you to the same show twice!
Seats vary based on show, performance date, number of tickets, and how far in advance you order, but we do not include any seats that any theatre has labeled as partial or obstructed view. For customers who only want to sit in the orchestra, we offer a premium spin which guarantees orchestra seats.
Most theatres have a minimum age of 4 to attend the show. We do offer a family-friendly roulette designed for families with children 10+ which you can play by clicking “family-friendly” on the Buy Tickets page.
Please note: Broadway does not have a universal rating system. By playing the family-friendly roulette, you agree that any show that is not crossed off is suitable for your family. Please review the show list carefully as all orders are final.
You can book up to 4 spins every 30 days. Once you reach that cap, the calendar will show you the next available date. This is to make sure we continue to provide a quality experience to our high-frequency users.
All sales are final and orders cannot be refunded. This allows us to manage our inventory and offer a great value with flat prices every single day. Because we understand that things happen, we offer Ticket Protection, which provides some protections to make sure your tickets can be used in the event that you cannot make your original booking.
Ticket Protection allows us to assist you with modifying your spin in advance (up to 72 hours prior), or with past-dating your tickets in the event that you are unable to attend your show.
We make every effort to accommodate guests who require accessible seating. Accessible seating is limited, and is provided directly by the box office. If you are in need of accessible seating, please email us at info@broadwayroulette.com with your intended (1) spin date, (2) number of tickets, and (3) preferences/eliminations. We do our best to accommodate all requests, subject to box office inventory.

Yes! Once you log in, you can refer your friends by entering their emails in the “Refer a friend” section beneath your “Order History.” When they make their first purchase, you will receive a special one-time use discount.
Edison ParkFast is our preferred parking partner. We love that they allow you to book parking in advance for a guaranteed spot at one of their Theatre District locations. Or, if you are coming from New Jersey and are looking to avoid tunnel traffic, you can reserve parking in Newark or Secaucus and simply go one stop into NYC on New Jersey Transit. During peak travel times, this can be especially helpful in cutting down on travel time and stress.
